What should I include in a support email?
Tell us your device model, app version and what happened. If useful, attach a screenshot with personal information removed. Please don’t send passwords or PINs.
Where can I download the app?
MemoriVerse is being prepared for release. App Store and Google Play links will be added to the home page when available.
How do I ask about account or data deletion?
Email us with “MemoriVerse data deletion” in the subject. Do not include your password. We will explain the appropriate steps. The full deletion procedure and retention information are still being confirmed for the final Privacy Policy.
Where is the Privacy Policy?
Our Privacy Policy page currently carries a publication notice. The completed V1 policy will replace it after review.
